Dr. Marit Gerkhardt is founder and owner of Savia-Consulting. With over 22 years of experience in management consulting and a key focus on management diagnostics, she supports companies across all industries in critical selection and development decissions. Furthermore, she has extensive expertise in the areas of organizational development and change management. In addition to providing professional support for transformation processes, she advises executives and managers on coaching, team development, and individual development planning.
With a doctorate in psychology, Dr. Marit Gerkhardt has gained extensive experience in international management consulting. She also worked for several years as an internal change management consultant for an international DAX company. Most recently, she held a global leadership role responsible for organizational development at an international pharmaceutical group with around 54,000 employees.
The combination of an external consulting perspective and first-hand leadership experience enables her to provide practical support for change processes and successfully anchor sustainable results in organizations. Her qualifications include a license for job-related aptitude diagnostics in accordance with DIN 33430, certification for Hogan Assessments, the OPQ Personality Assessment, and an ICF coaching certificate.
Eva-Maria Reidenbach is a psychologist with more than 25 years of management consulting experience, as well as extensive expertise as an organizational consultant and systemic coach. Her focus is on providing end-to-end consulting to companies across various industries to develop leadership in a targeted manner. Through professional management diagnostics, she supports clients in building a solid foundation for key selection and development decisions and in effectively implementing organizational and cultural changes.
Her extensive experience as a manager in the HR department of an international DAX-listed group and as an HR consultant in a medium-sized company gives her a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing modern organisations, particularly in the areas of leadership and change. Enhanced by twelve years of lecturing at a university specialising in international human resources management, she combines academic knowledge with practical effectiveness to embed results sustainably within organisations.
Psychological expertise, paired with leadership experience and continuous professional development, form the cornerstones of her work, enabling her to achieve impact wherever change and growth occur, from the individual to the organisation. Her qualifications include a licence in test user ability occupational from the British Psychological Society and certification in the LINC Personality Profiler, as well as a systemic coach (DBVC-accredited programme), tandem coach and organisational consultant.
For over 25 years, Dr. Jasmin Messerschmidt has been supporting executives, teams, and organizations through challenging development and change processes. Her focus lies in executive coaching and the development of leaders and leadership teams. Across various industries, she helps executives effectively shape their roles in dynamic organizational contexts, overcome complex challenges, and successfully implement sustainable change processes. In her work, she combines leadership development with deep expertise in systemic change management.
As a psychologist with a Ph.D. and a Senior Coach (DBVC and IOBC), Dr. Jasmin Messerschmidt has many years of experience in supporting leaders at various levels. The focus of her work is on helping managers gain clarity in complex situations, make well-informed decisions, and sustainably strengthen their leadership effectiveness. In addition, she is committed to promoting women in leadership positions. Through her DBVC-certified training program, she trains systemic business coaches and guides aspiring coaches in their development toward becoming reflective, responsible, and effective coaching professionals.
Her professional qualifications include certifications as a ZRM® coach, in Process and Embodiment-Focused Psychology (PEP, Levels 1–3), and in diagnostic tools such as the OPQ Personality Assessment and the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP).
Stella Dandanopoulou supports companies through change and development processes, with particular expertise in personnel, team, and organisational development as well as change management. Her focus is on strengthening leadership, fostering effective collaboration, and establishing sustainable structures for development and transformation.
With many years of experience and in-depth HR expertise, she has designed and implemented a wide range of development and transformation projects in both national and international organisations. Stella Dandanopoulou advises leaders up to executive management on HR matters and in complex change situations. Her particular focus lies on the development of leaders and teams, fostering effective collaboration, as well as the professional management of conflict and resolution processes.
As a systemic coach and certified mediator, she brings strong process expertise and strategic understanding to her work with people and organisations. Her consulting style is characterised by clarity, empathy, and pragmatism, always aiming to embed change in a sustainable manner. Her qualifications include an Executive MBA, a master’s degree in education, sociology and English studies, coaching training, and certification as a mediator.
Prof. Dr. Ralf Tenberg is a professor at the Technical University of Darmstadt, where he has headed the Department of Technology Education since 2010. His current research and professional focus is on developing and promoting technical competencies across the entire value chain of educational and learning processes—in companies, schools, and universities.
Based on numerous projects in the economic and public sectors, he has many years of experience in supporting change processes, particularly in the areas of competency development and organizational transformation. His work combines a scientific foundation with practical implementation in consulting, coaching, and moderation.
The focus is on strategic issues such as the design and further development of competency management systems, learning and development strategies, and educational controlling. In doing so, he provides targeted support to organizations in effectively aligning their HR and training landscape with future requirements and in sustainably embedding change initiatives.
